Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Dr. Baptiste has dedicated his life to education, healing, and service. After immigrating to the U.S. at age 15, he pursued his Bachelor of Science in Biology-Chemistry at the University of Illinois and earned his DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry. His military career is highly distinguished, including combat deployments and leadership roles in Iraq during the Global War on Terrorism. Among his numerous decorations:
